Ms. Ramirez has over 24 years of combined real-estate experience as a Design Architect, Project Manager, Project Leader, and Owner's Representative in tenant-interior and base-building projects, primarily in the Washington DC and Baltimore metropolitan regions.
Her design experience comprises of over 2M square feet in the metropolitan DC area, spread over corporate office, educational, mixed-use, and multifamily base building, as well as corporate and retail interior projects for both private and public sectors. She provides management oversight through all aspects of building developments for DC- and Baltimore-area clients, from inception, land legalities, and lot consolidation through close-out, operational hand-over, and stakeholder operations.
In addition to her professional work, Ms. Ramirez is an active volunteer in her community. In addition to being a Girl Scouts troop leader for over 8 years and an active volunteer with her children's school PTA, she volunteers with the Penn Club of DC, where she manages their communications with over 15,000 area alumni. With an Bachelor's degree in Design of the Environment from the University of Pennsylvania, she most recently extended her education with a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Most recently, she was appointed Commissioner to the Planning Commission for the City of Alexandria.
